# dumbtv: Fire TV Cleanup & Launcher Guide

dumbtv combines Fire TV cleanup scripts with its own Home app. The full workflow needs a computer and ADB. The TV launcher APK alone does not perform the cleanup. Check your exact Fire OS build and restore instructions first.

dumbtv includes both, but the Home APK and computer scripts are separate parts of the workflow.

Will downloading a file change my TV?+

No. Downloads on this site only retrieve files or open the source provider. Installation and changes happen later on your own devices, after the connection and authorization steps.
